ClixSense is a Paid To Click site which pays you for viewing ads, completing Offers, Surveys, Tasks and many other stuffs Online. It is undoubtedly the most stable PTC site right now. They Started in February 2007 as a normal PTC site but now they have adopted GPT model completely. Referral System : There is no limit on referring members. You will earn 20% from your referral clicks and $2 if referrals upgrade. There is also 10% commission when your 1st level referrals advertise. Maximum commission standard members can get per referral is $10 and for premium members, it is up to $100.
